Shipping and Returns Policy
Shipping and Processing rates for shipments within the United States are:
Up to $30.00- $6.95
Over $100.01- $12.95
Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
For International Orders Including Canada:
International orders including Canada can ship via USPS, UPS or Fed Ex. At checkout you can view the rates for each service and select the method that fits your needs.
If using USPS the Postal Office estimates delivery for the following services to be:
- International First Class Mail 7-10 days.
- Priority Mail International 5-7 days.
We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase of Cococare products. We take great care to insure we provide you with the highest quality product. We will accept returns for most products if the return is made within 30 days of the date of purchase. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
The following items cannot be returned:
- All Lip Balms
- Cococare 100% Cocoa Butter Stick
- Cococare Shea Butter Mositurizer Stick
- Vitamin E Moisturizer Stick
- Cocoa Butter Moisturizer Stick
- Africare 100% Cocoa Butter Stick
Shipping fees are not refundable.
If you are returning an item that came with a free gift, the free gift must be returned in order to get a full refund.
If you want to exchange an item for another item, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges as well as the shipping charges to send out a new item.
Items purchased at a retail store should be returned to that store. Please check with the individual store about their return policy.
If we made a mistake and sent you an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at 973-989-8880 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will arrange for the return on the incorrect item and will replace it with the item ordered.
Please inspect your product upon receipt. Should there be a damaged item, please contact us immediately at 973-989-8880 or email email@example.com. We will need your order number, name, address and phone number in order to investigate the problem. Please keep the packaging should we need to provide it to the carrier for proof of damage.
